I was on a long flight earlier this week and I had a laptop from work that I thought would entertain me for a while. Not the case. The battery life was abysmal, flickering out after 1.25 hours on a full charge. So I started looking on Amazon just to see prices for portable DVD players. There’s clearly some competition in that space, but a couple of features that some models sport to differentiate themselves seem entirely irrational:



I know this is old, but I saw it again, and it made me laugh.
YouTube had it for a while, but the NBC lawyers put the kibosh down on it. Eventually, they posted it themselves (as in the link above). SNL has been flagging for a while now. Much of the current shit is unwatchable. That’s why the preferred method of finding humor in SNL is to wait for the good skits to show up on viral video sites. No more wading.
