I saw this a few months ago, but forgot to post it then, and now I’ve discovered it like Columbus. Someone hand-wrote a complaint about the seat they were in on a Continental flight. Apparently it was funny enough to be passed around at the Continental customer service dept, and someone there posted it. Funny shit.
