Unfortunately, it appears this is pre-rendered, not in-game, at least that is what G4 was reporting last night. :(

Boooo. Fuckers. They made the cinematic first-person, so you’ll think it’s in-game. There’s a bit of controversy surrounding it. IGN has a chat with the developers and then each IGNer gives their opinion if it will look as good in-game.

I like the thought that the look of the vid is what the developers are going for, at least. And considering that the PS3 hardware isn’t close to being fully functional gives hope that they might approach that look.
But i heard Killzone weren’t too good, so i’m skeptical.
