Found this funny on-line comic strip called Toothpaste For Dinner. The jottings this guy comes up with are bizarre and often really funny. Here’s one:

My favorite: Masterfece. Belongs on the nonexistent, but oft remarked upon, Shitcidents site.
Just thought I would also note (because our host namesake is comedian generated) that there was an old Damon Wayans routine (so old he was wearing leather pants and a goofy hat) in which he notes his family was so poor that they had “toothpaste for dinner”.
