From the AP article:

A federal appeals court has upheld the dismissal of lawsuit filed by a Rankin County adult store, which challenged the constitutionality of a Mississippi law that bans the sale of sex toys.

So it remains a crime for adults to sell vibrators to other adults there, but a gun? No problem. Maybe an effective protest would be for citizens to put double-ended jelly dongs in their pickup truck gun racks.
