I guess you could also jail them when they do pay.
Can you picture the conversation when a pimp asks his ho fill out a W-2? That’s not a joke, the article says:
“…under Grassley’s proposal, a pimp could get up to 10 years in prison for each prostitute for whom the pimp hasn’t filed a W-2”
